The delivery time of the products is approximately 4 business days for the cities of Bogotá and Medellín, 5 business days for main cities and up to 11 business days for other destinations.
Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of the purchase, for payments by credit card, debit / PSE, bank consignment, Efecty, Baloto, the payment platform, PayU must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take up to one business day. At the time of approval of the payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the same. COST OF DELIVERY
The shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of settlement of the order, before you make the payment.

· The changes of the garments will always be made for the value at which they were purchased. · Underwear has no change.

ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE RETURN OF YOUR PRODUCT, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
· Product change by size or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original, the change will be subject to inventory availability. (If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be sent in a credit note to make a new purchase at www.adrianaarango.com that will be valid for one year).

When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packed. It is important that you bear in mind that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition and clean and with its original labels.
THE TIMES OF CHANGES, DISCRIMINATED FOR EACH MODALITY, ACCORDING TO THE POLICIES OF ADRIANA ARANGO ARE:
· Change of the product by size or color: it will be dispatched three business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and from this moment the same times as for a normal delivery apply.
· Voucher or credit note to make a new purchase at www.adrianaarango.com: it will be sent to your email three business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. · Refund of the money: o Through transfer: it is carried out approximately within five business days of receiving the product in our warehouse. o Through payment reversal: thirty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Once the conditions of the product are verified, Adriana Arango will have three business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to make the change by size or color, by voucher or credit note for another product or money refund (only applies to warranty claims)
IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA OF OUR EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY:
The product must not be modified or altered from its original state
The garment must be in good condition and clean
Underwear has no change, nor do the garments in our SALE section.
We will inform you with an email the reason why the exchange or warranty does not proceed and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
CHANGES IN STORES ADRIANA ARANGO DE MEDELLÍN
Come to any of our Adriana Arango stores in Medellín within thirty days of the purchase of the product (date of preparation of the invoice) and fulfilling the requirements corresponding to our exchange policies, these are, presenting the purchase invoice or ID of the person who made the purchase, you can make your change directly. One of our sales consultants will help you through the process. You must bear in mind that: purchases made at Adriana Arango points of sale in Medellín cannot be exchanged at www.adrianaarango.com or vice versa.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it. The transport costs and others, incurred in the return will be borne by you. In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, Adriana Arango will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.
In accordance with paragraph 7 of article 47 of Law 1480, goods for personal use are exempted from the right of withdrawal.
